witnessed to prevent repudiation at any future date.
Absolute Bank Card Security in 'customer not present' transactions
One of the loopholes in Bank Card fraud is that 'secure transmission' means secure
transmission only as far as the merchant. Hawthorne Davies can show how their solution
overcomes the problem of 'cardholder not present' while working within existing bank
protocols based on the fact that the last eight digits of the card need never be revealed.
