Jason Davies, Managing Director
Jason Davies has worked in Software development for over
15 years, designing various systems employing different
technologies, in the fields of military and civilian training
simulators, multilingual relational databases, real-time
monitoring and control systems. During his involvement
to develop a system meeting the most rigorous quality
control and security procedures, Jason met Dr Hawthorne in
2006.

Dr William Hawthorne, Research Director
Dr. William McMullen Hawthorne is one of the UK’s foremost
and experienced encryption experts having presented his first
academic paper on encryption in 1986 to CESG, a key
department within GCHQ. His HFX/HKM Security System was
adopted by the International Telecommunications Union for
fax transmission in the mid 1990s. He has written numerous
mathematical textbooks and academic papers on statistical
methods.

Ralph Warren, Director of Sales
Ralph Warren has spent the last 30 years in sales,
marketing and management, primarily in high technology
environments. During that period he has managed at a
number of different levels and also run his own companies.
He successfully sold his first company to a plc. With this
extensive experience, he has the background and knowledge
to successfully promote Hawthorne Davies Limited.

Richard Sekula, Director of Marketing
Having started his commercial career in IT at Shell and Rank
Xerox Richard Sekula moved into sales and marketing
consultancy over 20 years ago. During this time he has
worked with businesses from a wide variety of industry
sectors. Over the past 5 years this experience has included
Internet-based marketing projects including website design
which has honed his skills to meet today's marketing needs.
